Intel® Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 Device Isn't Installed

Symptoms

The unknown ACPIMSFT0101 device does not display properly in Device Manager and the user is unable to install a driver.

Device details will show ACPIMSFT0101. Figure 1 shows an example in English only.
